Melissa Foster Stiling, OD

Melissa Stiling, OD was born and raised in Chesnee, SC and currently resides in Boiling Springs, SC. She and her husband, Kirkland, recently welcome new addition to the family, a baby daughter named Addison Olivia Stiling! Dr. Stiling graduated from Wofford College with a B.S. in Biology in 2004. Sd ahe then went to the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN and graduated Summa Cum Laude in the top five percent of her class with a Doctor of Optometry degree in 2009. Dr. Stiling completed her externships at the Naval Weapons Station in North Charleston, SC and at Draisin Vision Group in Charleston, SC where she gained the knowledge and expertise to provide high quality diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients. She and her family are members of New Beginnings United Methodist Church in Boiling Springs. She also serves on the Superintendent's Business Advisory Council for District 2. Dr. Stiling is a member in good standing with the American Optometric Association and the South Carolina Optometric Physicians Association. She is committed to serving the Boiling Springs and Spartanburg communities and looks forward to providing your family with excellent primary eyecare!

Dianne Cook, Patient Services Rep.

Diane Cook was born in Los Angeles, California, and grew up in southern California before moving to Massachusetts for more than nineteen years. She and her family moved to upstate South Carolina in 2003 to get away from the cold weather. Diane aspired to raise her family outside of a large city. She has four children and now has four grandsons, along with a granddaughter on the way! Diane loves spending time at the beach, and loves to go to Charleston at least two or three times per year. She also loves gardening, woodworking, sewing, hiking, and playing with her grandchildren. Diane graduated from the Ultimate Medical Academy for Medical Billing and Coding. As a member in good standing with the AAPC (American Academy of Professional Coders), she holds the credentials of CPC-A. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve the needs of Boiling Springs and its surrounding communities!

Amy Gilbert – Licensed Optician

Amy is a native of the Inman are and has been in the optical business since 1988. In 1991, she became a licensed optician. She enjoys helping patients find the right frame and lens combination to fit their prescription and lifestyle. Her hobbies include reading novels and researching her family's genealogy! Her dream is to travel around the world and visit historical sites of interest. Come on in to Northside Vision so that Amy can craft the perfect pair of spectacles for you and your family members!
